Good question. My guess is there are staff meetings and focus groups to determine placement of letters. Are Qs offended to follow Ts?
No, but (and not for nothing), word is that the Gs have just about had it, and are darn good and ready to kick the Ts the heck off of the team and out of the acronym.
What the heck is “queer” anyway?
Doesn’t it just mean you’re abnormal sexually, which implies it is a GENERAL term and should be used instead of all this gobbledygook alphabet?
BTW, another example of the hi-jacking of the language. “Queer” means weird, and that was all it meant until homos overtook it and embraced a pejorative to be their own.
