Reminds me of the time I was at the checkout line at a WallyMart and the guy ahead of me had two bottles of Heineken and two bottles of Pennzoil motor oil. I told him “don’t get those confused”.
That was back in the day when you probably weren’t going to get shivved by someone who took offense.

The packaging is not very similar. It’s more obvious when the full image is shown, as in Google-Images.
The NOS + arrow parts are the same. The rest is different. One has a can like other drinks. The other doesn’t.
How much will the jury award him for his mistake? A few million?
