I’m sorry about hubby’s shingles. What are his vitamin D levels? I just read something about that.

He has not gone to a doctors in over 30+ years, so I do not know.

I have been giving him Lysine, Vitamin D3, B12, Vitamin C and zinc. Pineapple juice, bananas and oranges.

Says he doesn’t like taking all this medicine, ha ha, it’s supplements.
Pain level from 1 to 10, says 5.

Have shingles cream from Amazon that son sent.
I was putting on Silver Biotics that Stars and stripes suggested years ago.
The shingles cream is doing about the same as Silver Biotics.

Before I dumped my old doctor for pushing the shots we agreed no one with high levels of D3 will ever be in the hospital.Probably why you never here about it.

I take 6,000 units a day. But, I'm not McCullough. Check with someone who actually knows what the correct level is to take. But take D3 it's key.
