Obviously I have some differences of view {re: Zephaniah 3:9 - which could infer more than one meaning} but it is worthy of further study. I was careful in my earlier reply to specify 'Biblical Hebrew' {Masoretic Text & DSS} in contrast to Israel's modern spoken Hebrew when thinking about the pre-Babel language of Noah.

That's an important distinction.
Some of the oldest Hebrew writings (1200BC) were discovered recently on Mount Ebal. Joshua was instructed to make a stone altar to the Lord on Mount Ebal.
30 Then Joshua built an altar unto the Lord God of Israel in mount Ebal,
32 And he wrote there upon the stones a copy of the law of Moses, which he wrote in the presence of the children of Israel. Joshua 8
Some of these writings were discovered embedded in tablets and are probably Joshua's actual handwriting of ancient Hebrew.
