Seems this past Wednesday (the 24th) certain Overlord’s
are set to pulling back the powers of the first part— the “Presidential” part.
Haven’t seen anything about that in the news myself, so far.
I found the particular PEADocuments def. to include its destination— Congress, not DOD as I expected, but EO’s would be included.
DJ does know those by heart. I dunno.
Brennan Center is the approved choice.
And DJ, to the best of my knowledge, is correct that PEADs go to Congress when finished.
Note that Congress is informed of the action *post facto*
