By law and various orders, some attributed to Trump, this is the outcome on paper.

” Executive Order 13961 ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Federal Mission Resilience Strategy signed on December 7, 2020, found in the Federal Continuity Directives.

The rest speaks for itself. Those FCDs CLEARLY outline a Continuity of Government which means *Constitution is paused* and Military is in control via Military Occupancy found in Law of War Manual until completed then given back to the people.

January 20, 2017, โ€œwe are transferring the power from Washington D.C. back to the people.โ€

” Itโ€™s Biblical, but it isnโ€™t for everyone. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ “

But as we see with our very daily experience, the US Constitution is NOT paused.
I believe that we (U.S.A) is following the Low but the military is operating according to their oath to protect and defend the Constitution and assuring the safety and security of We The People.
The military cannot do this under a /suspended/ Constitution; they would necessarily be performing as ALL THREE branches.
That clearly is not the current situation.

To my mind, the military is operating in a condition best described as”continuity of Command”.
We have no discernable C-in-C and the military, having no Constitutionally described role, cannot suspend or pause the Constitution.
Who then, can do such?

YMMV
