Manson spent most of his youth incarcerated. The CIA likely spotted this intelligent sociopath quite early, and used MK-Ultra thought control techniques (including torture, drugs and hypnosis) to mold him into a weapon of psyop terror.

Keep in mind, terror is the baseline of all psychological warfare. In war, it it used to control the enemy's movements as well as their ability to fight. Post WWII, psychological operations have been used to create a form of fascism based upon manipulated democracy. They are now attempting to move into the Gestapo phase with the J6 operation, weaponized law enforcement, increased IRS power to intimidate etc.

Now that we are awakening to this dastardly plot, it should be possible to defeat it. Psyops fail when the target population ceases to believe the fear promulgated by complicit institutions.
