Knew someone that worked at the Vacaville prison in the early 80’s.

She said “Crazy Charlie” kept saying he worked for the CIA.

He was arrested several times and imprisoned several times. But he was in Vacaville.. if I recall stories my dad told at the family dinner table 😱...for an injury of some kind. I think his last prison was Pelican Bay.

I don’t know how much truth there is to the CIA training him. I think he was crazy from the getgo. He was a pedo, too.

But he had 3 sons... I did not know that. They all changed their names... go figure 👀. One committed suicide.

May have been, was not at the same prison, was moved a few times.
