Good review of DeSantis activities. I’ll add the Disney crackdown that didn’t really change anything for Disney.

I broke and trained most of my own horses until I was in my 40’s. The last one was a gray mule. He nearly killed me, so I retired from that. I got him broke to ride though.

The one that stepped on my head was one I trained from a foal. I had his mother. He was half Appaloosa and about 16 hands. I was riding on the farm one day and my daughter was with us on the 4-wheeler. We stopped to talk and he suddenly bolted to the left. I was riding in my English saddle because it was so hot outside. He wasn’t spooky so I was totally unprepared for that move. We rode in a lot of wagon trains together and he was well broken. Anyway, when he went left, I stayed put. I went under him and before the stirrup came loose, one foot landed on the side of my head. The last thing I remember was looking at his belly and that big foot coming down. That wouldn’t have happened if I’d had my big Western saddle or been riding bareback. Knocked me out. When I came to, my daughter was hysterical, and I thought I was blind, but it was the blood in my eyes. LOL That horse never left me. When I was able to see, he has his nose on my face checking me out and he was jerking all over.

We found out later that he was going blind from Leptospirosis. He eventually had to be put down.

I hope your boo-boo clears up faster than mine did. LOL

Spanish model GABRIELA RICO JIMENEZ , who was invited to a ILLUMINATI party, screams in front of hotel.

This event took place in August of 2009 in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico in front of a hotel located at Ocampo Street in between the avenue Cuauhtémoc and Pino Suárez. The news broadcast features a young woman named Gabriela Rico Jimenez screaming in front of a luxury hotel. She repeatedly pleads for her freedom, and claims she was held against her will. She also makes claims of murder and cannibalism, and drops some very big names in her accusations.

Hmm, that happened before. Something about Startpage images. I have to look into that.

>>and one more thing that makes me think the DeSantis announcement was part of the plan...
**************************************************
I do not believe this.

There is a meme that lists many non-MAGA things he has said and done (PRIOR to running) that confirm to me that he is 100% RINO.

I do believe his conservative track record as Florida Governor is part of the DS strategy to deceive MAGA voters.

Below are some of the what Dong-Chan Lee wrote in his tweet (replying to @RobertELeedom and @Magnaminous:

“DeSantis was happy to see J6 prisoners rot in jail.

DeSantis supported regime change in Ukraine through supporting the Maidan Group.

DeSantis voted for TPP and supports free trade.

DeSantis praised Fauci in 2020 and never said a word about his connections to the Wuhan Lab when Trump was facing political jeopardy (it’s easy talking about it now, in hindsight)

DeSantis said Trump’s efforts to restore election integrity were pointless & should have conceded to Biden.

DeSantis is a big fat fraud.”

Mrs. K

I’ve seen that meme list, and I was wondering about the sources. I am in limbo regarding this, as sources would verify these.

Horse wrecks! I’ve had a few, broke and trained young horses when I was younger, then rode reiners. Had one go over backwards on me, on a cement barnyard, he was cinchy. But my fault. My head smacked the concrete first and knocked me out, otherwise it really would have smarted when he landed on me. It did smart later anyway. But your remark about looking up and seeing that foot coming down reminded me of going over and seeing that horse coming down. YIKES.

Anyway, hope Petey feels better soon.

I hope Petey is better soon too! It's worse to get boo-boos at our age than it was when we were young.

The mule hated dogs. I got him to ride in wagon trains. Everybody takes their dogs on the trains. I found out pretty fast that wasn't going to work out. :-)

This is from one of our wagon trains. My daughter is on the big bay horse. I'm in the blue hat on my retired barrel racing Leopard Appaloosa. He was the BEST trail horse. His only problem was that he loved beer and there was a lot of beer on wagon trains. As long as I tied him where he couldn't untie his own rope, we did fine.

My Appaloosa was cinchy too if you got it too tight. He didn't go stupid but he would whip his head around and nip me on the butt. That was his signal that it was enough.

Energy Absurdity: When The ‘Climate Scientists’ Are Actually Sociologists

https://blackmon.substack.com/p/fridays-energy-absurdity-when-the?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=712558&post_id=123934081&isFreemail=true&utm_medium=email

Excerpt:

Wikipedia says that “Phys.org is an online science, research and technology news aggregator offering briefs from press releases and reports from news agencies (a form of journalism sometimes pejoratively called churnalism). The website also produces its own science journalism.”

Because, science, you see. It’s all just so science-y.

But when the “science” on the topic of energy and climate is a study conducted by a pair of … wait for it … SOCIOLOGISTS, what sort of “science” does it amount to, really?
It’s a legitimate question now, since the people who run Phys.org are now touting a “study” conducted by “A pair of sociologists, one with the University of Milan-Bicocca, the other with the Climate Accountability Institute,” which purports to calculate what it calls “reparations” for climate change owed by big oil and gas companies world-wide.

Here’s an excerpt from the Phys.org story:

In their study, reported in a Commentary piece published in the journal One Earth, Marco Grasso, and Richard Heede conducted a survey of hundreds of climate economists to learn more about the financial costs associated with global warming and who should be paying for disasters that have ensued as a result.

But in the very next paragraph, the story says this:

Prior research has found that it is possible to tie certain environmental events to climate change—the current heat wave in parts of South Asia, for example, or excessive flooding in Myanmar and Bangladesh. As it stands now, governments wind up paying to restore order in such areas, or in some cases, insurance companies pay for those who have coverage.

So, these sociologists admit that we can’t tie “certain environmental events,” i.e., what normal people refer to as “WEATHER,” to the dreaded, all-knowing, all-seeing and all-powerful “climate change,” but we can somehow tie the damage caused by all that WEATHER directly to oil and gas produced by an array of deep-pocket companies.

This is nothing more than the corrupt politics of green envy on steroids, a hack “study” produced by hacks with no expertise in the field to be amplified by hack journalists at activist websites like Phys.org.

That is all it is.

But if this is indeed what passes now for “science,” then how about we get a pair of real scientists to conduct a similar study assessing how much we all owe these very same companies for producing the energy that has enabled our modern way of life, created hundreds of trillions of dollars in economic growth and facilitated dramatic reductions in global poverty and human hunger, and extensions of human life expectancies?

Let’s calculate the breathtaking value of all of that, offset it against these idiotic “reparations” concocted by freaking sociologists and promoted by Phys.org, and see which number comes out ahead? How about we do that?

Good lord.

[Hat tip to Dr. Tammy Nemeth (www.thenemethreport.com) for linking me to this despicable story.]

That is all.

I think it is pretty simple.

If Trump endorses Ron for POTUS, I’ll vote for him.

Otherwise, I’m voting for Trump. Doesn’t matter if he is indicted, jailed, etc. If he’s running, I’m voting for him.

Also doesn’t matter what DeSanctus says or does, if Trump is running DeSanctus doesn’t get my vote.
