I think it’s safe to say no one has a clue about life hense the reason for faith.
But I have to admit God’s got one hell of a sense of humor if earth and it’s inhabitants are even considered a good starting point.

College professors are an interesting lot. One of my professors was probably the most well-known in the study of UFO abductions. IIRC, he worked on his research with a professor in California, though probably not this Stanford professor who is much younger.

What was God’s plan in the beginning?
A paradise earth that Man would live on forever.
It is true, there are a small number of humans that will inherit the kingdom of heaven, (a different discussion) but the following should be a clue to the ending.

I do not wish to turn this thread into a class on scriptures but will tell you that every question you have asked and lots of others that confuse people have answers .. in the bible.
Very few folks know the answers to what seems like unanswerable questions.
In truth, there are very few, maybe no questions that can’t be answered from scriptures.
It just takes lots of time and study to find them.
