Friends of ron desantis was a soft money pac created to seek donations and fund his re-election for governor.
This pac was also what desantis has planned on using, to illegally convert and use to fund his run for president.
FEC campaign laws say it is illegal to convert state level campaign donations to use in federal offices, and regulations concerning limits and fund raising for federal offices are stricter than many states.
desantis appears to have deliberately lied and hidden his intent to run for president, and delayed any announcement, in part to avoid FEC campaign laws regarding running for federal office/president.
No but I will when he’s president. It’s not a what about thing. Trump tried to sit in the big boy chair and was rejected due to his own failings. Nobody else gets the blame. I know he likes to blame others for every dang thing he does. That’s blamed on his parents for spoiling him everyday.

You mean O’Dea - the guy who needed a major boost to beat Michael Bennet in a true blue state and HAD to run against Trump to even have a chance? Orange man decided he was a threat. Even today, Trump’s biggest supporters and Trump himself will say things like “he should wait until 2028 and then he’d be elected in a landslide” while telling us what a globalist, RINO shill he is. It’s ridiculous, and everyone who supports Trump’s attacks against DeSantis is a complete moron.
All these desantis supporters have done is attack Trump, and/or say people should still support desantis for president.

The guy is a straight shooter and he is exactly the kind of guy we want running for office.

O'Dea trashing Trump, MAGA and by extension all of Trump's MAGA candidates on a cable network, days before an election, in a desperate attempt to save his hopelessly lost Bush promoted candidacy, is the height of complete and utter stupidity, ego and pathetic feality to the to the GOPe wing of the establishment global uniparty.
This country needs Trump and not DeSantis IMO but DeSantis is a vast improvement over Brandon so DeSantis would get my vote in the general election but he has yet to convince me that he is really anything but a career politician.

There is nothing deceptive about it. Deceptive would be saying “no, I’m not going to run for president” and then doing it anyway. He didn’t do that.
