It’s another day of tragic news. We are sadly reporting that the popular Disney show Even Stevens actor, and Hayden Panettiere’s brother, Jansen Panettiere, has died. The actor passed away at the young age of 28. Both the Panettiere siblings rose to fame as child actors and were particularly successful with Disney.

I have picked up congenital aortic valve issues in people well into their 50s that somehow weren’t picked up before. They are usually asymptomatic and depending on the issue the murmur can come and go. Endocarditis from drug use can cause sudden aortic issues. Usually the cardiomyopathy is a result of the valve issue whatever it was. I don’t know why the coroner called it idiopathic i haven’t seen the report. Like anyone else coroners have varying levels of skill and experience. It may be they were not certain what caused the valve issue or it may have multifactoral with something like endocarditis on a congenitally abnormal valve. unfortunately it is not uncommon to diagnose valve issues at the time of death in young people. But if your world view requires it to be secondary to the covid vaccine you can join the rest of the small but vocal group here who feels the same.
Actually, I was thinking cocaine. Anytime an actor drops dead, my first biased assumption is drugs.
Sorry I misunderstood your line of thinking. Cocaine can cause cardiomyopathy and Heart attacks/electrical issues probably less likely a structural issue with the valve. if not congenital the most likely culprit is endocarditis - a bacterial infection. of the valve that can cause subacute issues or acutely destroy the valve. That is usually associated with IV drug abuse so could be drug issues but I’m not familiar with using cocaine IV. It does tend to attack already abnormal valves with a higher affinity but who knows. Whatever the cause I feel for the family who lost a brother and son car too young

Nobody in the workplaces are even mentioning the clot-shots anymore, not even the military, so that tells pretty much the story. Now, suddenly, my over 55 community lets the unvaccinated swim in the community pool again. Maybe they are hoping our good health rubs off on them.
I’m not a doc, never played one on TV, also never slept in a Holiday Inn Express. So, I know not a lot...
That said, it seems to me altogether likely that, given the problems those who have spoken out in one way or another have encountered, a lot/most doctors will reason it is safest, since they don’t know anything for sure, to just remain silent.
