I know you don’t mean it, but that’s squarely blaming the victim. And it’s the excuse Muslim men use to assault western women. Awhile back I read an article about a Muslim in Norway who beat and raped a native woman. His excuse? She had bare arms.

OK, but do you have a limit? For example, would you be ok with women wearing bikinis or lingerie on the subway? None of us would accept that as an excuse for men assaulting women, but the point is do you have a limit on what you say society should deem acceptable attire in public?
