In this case the defense lawyer has already got the judge to thorw out most of the evidence and the rest will be near impossible to win.the defense is claiming that the very fact that the clowns doing the sig. verification looked at the ballot is all that is needed.He will probably win on that claim due to Arizona law.
In the end its all BS and justice is avoided by using loopholes in the law.Sad but I don't see how Kari can win. I sure hope I am wrong. But, this suit will either be dismissed or passed along to some other court.
