I’m home from church, too. I’m thinking of a nap now.
Yeah. It’s a little nebulous when Darks doesn’t show up with the moving van. I get it.
Now I need to sort clothes. Then I’ll take my nap and come back and join some real people.
It’s fine with me. I seem to remember the last time we hijacked a news/activism thread there were folks who were tired of it being bumped to the top. But if there’s room for the dwarves, we can make a go of it.

Good morning, finally. I hope you had a good day after church, and a good night last night, with no cats or yellers.
I had a fitful nap and then when I was sleeping the hardest, the alarm went off. *sigh*
I wrote a fast note to Carol, and here I am. I went to take the laundry cart into the bathroom but forgot I’ve pulled stuff out of the closet. *face palm*
I’ll do some rearranging before I do any packing, but I may be able to make some progress on my own today. I have to unpack two that Pam packed and take the clothing out and use paper instead, and then we’ll see how I do with the rest of it!
Everyone keeps saying, “Two weeks!” and it’s really starting to unsettle me for some reason. I don’t like to get too excited this far away from an actual move, when I still have so much left to do.
Similar to our neck of the woods... 108°F is the record for today, and we are forecast to hit 105°F today, and 106°F for tomorrow... we shall see...

Out of the blue - heh - I see what you did there.
Unfortunately, I putted right past the hole on the 3rd stroke yesterday and it was pretty tough sinking it.
I not only got the laundry done, but I got some boxes packed and got them moved off to the side. Now I have to decide what to work on tomorrow with Pam packing and Ethan, the grandson, shredding. What fun.
Maybe I’ll get the rest of the stuff done during this week and just have boxes with “Misc” on them to finish up. Yippee.
