The "kid" is already getting a race pass. If a white man had shot someone while committing a felony it would have been first degree murder.
And, where is the race crime enhancement?
Schools need to ban all book bags, pack packs, and anything that could hide a gun. No hoodies during school hours. Hang them up in a locker. A little crapper get out of control, no return unless a parent is present all day every day.

Meanwhile, in Polk Co. Florida, a 13-year old stole a car, did a drive by shooting, car chase by the police, fled the car and waited behind the corner of a building and shot an officer as he rounded the building. Wounded the cop in the foot but he still continued running after the kid. Kid ends up with 3 bullet wounds but will survive. They will try to get this 13 year old tried as an adult as well.
Do ‘t forget, the news story may be calling a black teenager “boy”...
