...The boy faces charges of second-degree murder and second-degree murder while committing a felony... The "kid" is already getting a race pass. If a white man had shot someone while committing a felony it would have been first degree murder.
And, where is the race crime enhancement?

If this unnamed teenager had been locked up for his previous crime of pointing a gun at someone’s head, It's called "armed robbery", and it's a major league felony. SOB should be doing 10-20 in the State Pen.
