I really really wouldnt be surprised if he was a govt employee of the FBI/ATF/DEA etc... that have access to major weaponry, who simply went “rouge” or berserk or whatever and wasted a ton of people.

Surprisingly, a lot of the illegals from Mexico don't speak Spanish. There are a huge number of primitive people from the Yucatan and other muddy locales were the common tongue is some indigenous language.
