Remember about Hilliary and the State Dept: Long forgotten is that, coming out of the 2008 election she had 18 million dollar campaign debt that she didn’t want to pay. She agreed to be Odumbo’s SOS for his first term and that debt got paid by Obungles the day after his first term ended. And in the intervening 4 years she financed the Klintoon Foundation by shoveling every kind of dirty money into it.
