Flynn came to my mind because POTUS spoke in terms of “the WORLD” being surprised.

I mean it wouldn’t be RINO Haley from SC, his UN Ambassador, and Mike Pompeo has gone flakey since his SOS. But, he has a strong executive resume at CIA and foreign policy.

Still, Trump surprisingly has not put a millstone around his former VP, Pence. YET.

Frankly, I would not fear a generational change. Not sure about DeSantis’ future course. I had thought he cudda been a shoe-in, until he dared to run too early
He’s got RINO money to spend on the ticket, but is a question mark.
