The military has the evidence.
It was collected by EOs signed by the POTUS/CinC.
Currently, the military cannot discern a valid CinC.
A validly elected CinC can establish tribunals and order the evidence.

And, not depend on someone else’s understanding of that section.

Tribunal doors will be trying those of the OATH. Those who defied and betrayed the OATH are eligible for MIL TRUBUNAL upon charges.
