Many people are in the habit of allowing themselves to be gas lit – going along to get along – accepting someone else’s interpretation/version of what they’ve just seen/heard instead of believing their own eyes’ & ears’ perceptions; it happens after long slow training/programming into that state of disbelieving their own perceptions because of repeated, traumatizing punishment when they don’t accept the gaslighters’ version of events.

I’m working with a woman who’s waking up out of the fog of chronic gas lighting within an abusive relationship… she’s coming out from under that spell… she remarked to me… “Oh. Oh, This is bad, isn’t it.” To show you how persistent this can be, the same woman had a friend who was killed a very few years ago at her workplace by her abusive husband… so she has an up close & personal perspective on the domestic-violence-unchecked ultimate end; she’s just now realizing how far her own situation has escalated. She’s finally pressing charges… which mirrors the escalation/dangerous nature of the state we are now all in re; the US & it’s unhinged usurpers.

Waking up requires processing to correctly categorize both the True and false information of past experiences, and processing/neutralizing the negative charge of traumas & traumatic memories within the nervous system. Now, I’m a little wiser. Now, I know that it’s all made up. Now, I know that pretty much all of our medical data is just made up. But I didn’t know it at the time or I didn’t know the extent of it the time I knew some was, but now that you know it’s all corrupt when you hear the guy who who knew it from the start. He knew it was all corrupt from the start. So, he for me he turned the battleship around like it was a figure skater.

I mean I saw this immovable impossible to change thing, “I’m anti-science because I was anti-vaxx.” How in the world do you change that Battleship when it’s already moving in One Direction and then he said they’re not tested sufficiently and I’m not saying I that I proved a connection I’m saying it’s really really high and if you’re not looking at the correlation you’re not doing your work. You’re not protecting children and suddenly I’m completely on board.”
