Here in a suburb of Sacramento, the local Home Depot I am regularly in, you will see people walking out with all kinds of merchandise every damn day. Really great to see as you are standing in line waiting to give them your money. Kinda makes you feel like a dupe.

I just saw a Fox news story about a store security guard who was hit by a shoplifter and took the shoplifter down. The security guard is being prosecuted. Frankly, that says to the rest of the security guards to just let it happen. No point in facing prosecution for doing your job.
