Sounds really good. I actually hadn’t heard of Chicken French so I googled it. Very interesting with the flour followed by the egg dredge rather than vice versa. Apparently that’s what distinguishes it from chicken piccata. Lately I’ve been doing good ol’ chicken fajitas which brings me to one of Aldi’s few shortcomings, namely that they don’t have cilantro for Tex-Mex cooking, which is a little surprising given how many Hispanics I see shopping there. I have to make a second stop at Kroger if I want to make proper guac or pico.
I find Cilantro to be a nasty weed. Apparently, I’m one of those people who are genetically wired that way. According to an article I read… somewhere.
