I can tell you what I see my city council doing (of which my grandson sits on sad to say now) is changing the city codes so apartments can be built all over the city. Low income in with higher income dwellings. They are also going to change the code so older hotels can be converted to what they call single occupancy dwellings.
This is going to get worse and worse and I don’t see even if President Trump gets elected again, how he will be able to change the Tsunamis that are hitting America.
