I know what you mean about the news getting you down. It does me to. Maybe those people who stick their heads in the sand have the right idea. At least they don’t get depressed.
Today it is sunny supposed to get to 90 degrees. I got a burst of energy and went out and painted my Trellises. Got 2 of 4 done ran out of stain and energy so the other 2 will be another day.
it’s great to get outdoors and do something.
I actually made it to the pool, just got back. Didn’t do a lot as I’m afraid of damaging my neck more.
