She probably just flubbed the talk. Keep in mind 2 things:
1 - the British press was talking to smart people and predicted the collapse of the towers well in advance
2 - on scene reporters are mostly just saying what their producer (either in the ear piece while filming, or on the phone before) tell them to. TV likes to create the illusion that on scene reporters are talking about info they have because they’re there. But it’s not true.
So more than likely the same smart people that predicted the collapses of 1 and 2 told the producer 7 was doomed. They told her, and she either misheard or misspoke.
Cause really, if it was a conspiracy and they’d handed out the “script” to the international press don’t you think somebody by now would have written their tell all book? That script could make somebody very rich.
LOL!! These ‘smart people’ predicted the first and only failure of a steel framed building due to fire in history?
And let her know that every column would nearly simultaneously fail at once and implode the building perfectly on its own footprint?
And she took that and said ‘Building 7 is down’ ?
