Kilmeade is an author, like Shannon Bream is an author, like Jessie Waters is an author, like Kat Timph is an author, etc, etc. The biggest conservative grift on Fox are books and marginal personalities waving them around in front of camera. They've taken the place of conservative cruises.
Don't know about the rest, but Kat is a writer. That's what she does for a living, and has for years.
She's written for a lot of different people and shows. In fact, she writes a lot of Gutfield's stuff, including those somewhat insulting introductions that Greg gives her every night. And she's actually listed as Gutfield's co-host.
