The clot shot energizes cancer. people that were in remission but took the clot shot and bingo, they were ate up with it. Just a coincidence . . . maybe.

Pt probably presented already in sepsis (overwhelming blood infection) from his defeated immune system. Probably had renal failure also. They only discovered the leukemia as part of the work up of his symptoms at the hospital. Not all that uncommon actually.
An analogy would be like saying a person died withing 24 hours of being diagnoses with atrial fibrillation. Well, actually, they died of the stroke which was caused from the atrial fibrillation that was diagnosed after the stroke happened.

Actually it can. I diagnosed a 14 yo in the ER with leukemia and he died a couple of days later.

It actually does. Have a look at Acute myelogenous leukemia diagnoses. It can be amazingly quick.

Yes it does. Acute leukemics are among the sickest patients you will
ever see. In this case I believe he died of overwhelming sepsis due to a nonfunctioning bone marrow. They also have severe bleeding and clotting issues and the clumps of white cells themselves can block off blood vessels. And yes all of this was common in acute leukemia long before the covid vax
