I’m giving it a go. I will try for no seed oil for 60 days. I’ve been sugarless for the entire month of April. In the olden days I would have dropped 10-15 pounds easily from that abstention. It’s not happening this time, and I work out a whole lot more now than I did 10 years ago. I’m convinced it’s the seed oils even though we are about 1/4 true fat use. I’ll save the seed oils to make lotions and soaps. The old cooking saying is “fat is flavor and acid is life”. FAT, not OIL.

I have not cooked with or used seed oils for consumption since I was in my very early 30s. And even then, rarely. Butterfat and ghee only.
Does that include avocado and olive oils?
