Actually, now that I’m thinking about it longer, I believe it was someone in Biden’s inner circle, rather than a lawyer speaking about or on behalf of Biden or a family member. I closed my eyes and listened to the youtube clip because, when I can’t see the speaker, I hear better with my eyes closed. The speaker started with “Just so you know my life …”. That sounds like someone explaining the limitations of his future to someone who needs to know it for either personal or business reasons.
I take the phrase “Just so you know my life” to be one lawyer complaining to another about yet another annoyance involved in his work.
Someday, we may know the story, I suppose.
