Walter César Solís Calero (42), who was serving preliminary detention for entering the Rosa de América school disguised as a schoolboy, in the district of El Tambo, left the headquarters of the Huancayo Criminal Investigation Division (Divincri) this afternoon.
This subject was released by the Huancayo Violence Against Women Prosecutor's Office after finding no evidence of the alleged crime against sexual freedom-touching, acts of sexual or libidinous connotation (degree of attempt), to the detriment of the minors.
They also mentioned that the 48-hour detention period ordered by the Public Ministry had expired this noon.
According to reports, no evidence was found in the Solís Calero property to corroborate the alleged crime against sexual freedom after inquiries made by the Public Ministry and police investigations.
Only another female school uniform was discovered in the house, but apparently it does not represent evidence of a crime for the prosecution.

In short a grown ass 42 year old man named Walter César Solís Calero, got a hold of a school girls uniform and went to the school, went to the bathroom and was taking pictures of the girls there.
