NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. has reportedly been named as a suspect in an assault investigation after a woman claimed he put his hand around her neck in a Los Angeles-based hotspot.
The Ravens WR has denied all allegations. The woman alleged Beckham Jr. grabbed her throat with light pressure when she was inside Delilah, according to TMZ. Sources close to the situation said the woman, who has remained unnamed, and Beckham Jr., both remained at the venue for the night and didn’t seem to interact with one another, according to TMZ.
The woman met with police several days later to file an official report.
Our sources say after the alleged altercation, both the woman and Odell remained at the venue throughout the night without further incident, TMZ reported.
John Terzian, owner of Delilah, expressed concern about the validity of the woman’s complaints. “We were contacted about an investigation and reviewed the videos, the claim is false,” he said to TMZ.
“There is no evidence of this person even being in the area where she claims the incident occurred,” he said.
The allegations against Beckham Jr. were made shortly after he signed off on a one-year deal that was valued as upwards of $18 million,” according to TMZ.
The NFL star is slated to make his big return to the field this season, after a torn ACL had him sitting out.
Ping!....................
Lt. Joe Kenda might say, “My My My, Delilah”.
This looks more like a gal looking for a BIG payday.....................
Have you seen the video of this jackass refusing to debark a commercial airline after the captain determined Jr was too drugged up or drunk to make the trip?
He flat out refused, requiring security to de-board the entire plane in order to remove him. Jr was harassing the passengers as they debarked the plane.
Total entitled POS.
He’ll be fine, black privilege.
Gosh, I'll bet you're right! After looking at photos of the accused guy, her claims are completely unbelievable.
Crazed dork. Lock him up
