How much name recognition does DeSantis actually have today? Sure, FReepers know who he is, but the public outside of Florida does not.
Pretty tough to beat the name recognition of Trump especially after his excellent record as President.
So n reality, Ron’s chance of winning are mighty small compared to Trump’s chances.
Plus, Ron has not been tested as a NATIONAL candidate. Heck, he even refuses to rebut Trump’s challenges. Why?
Trump has every right to say what he wants to Ron. In fact, he’s playing smart politics — and it also happens to be Ron’s best ticket for a 2028 run at being President.
So going after Ron is fair game and Trump addressed him frankly and professionally commensurate with his strength to continue to lead the critical fight ahead of us.
This is politics. And if Ron has the “right stuff”, he should be out there swinging right now. So I ask Ron’s FReeper supporters, why is Ron only shadow dancing with Trump? Why does he refuse to challenge Trump directly?

The reality is that candidates and issues no longer matter. Biden and Fetterman ended that charade. The process of collecting ballots is the real battleground along with election fraud.
The 2020 election was stolen. Trump is the first incumbent President who lost an election despite receiving more votes than the first time. Trump won 17 of the 18 bellwether counties. There are so many other anomalies in the 2020 election. Historically, Trump should have been an easy winner given the various normal indicators of winning.
Trump received more votes than any sitting President in history, and more votes than any GOP candidate. He increased his vote total by 17% from 2016. Biden allegedly received 81 million votes campaigning from his basement receiving 12 million more votes than Obama’s record 69 million in 2008. Yet Biden only won half the number of counties won by Obama.
If the GOP were smart, they would rally around a beleaguered Trump who has been attacked relentlessly, e.g., Russia hoax, spying on his campaign and as the sitting President, two bogus, groundless impeachments, invasion of his home by FBI thugs, an outrageous indictment by Bragg, etc. Trump and his family have gone thru a gauntlet of attacks by the Dems, MSM, Big Tech, and Deep State with the main purpose of stopping Trump from occupying the WH again.
