Clements is very far from someone who is "Woke." She died about 10 years ago, but her erudite analysis that the "New" Homo sapiens came from the north-central Eurasia VIOLATES the quasi-religious "Out of Africa" tenet.
I have read that she was academically "Canceled" for her views.
