BREAKING: U.S. Embassy in Sudan Evacuated by Special Forces

The U.S. military evacuated American diplomats and their families from Sudan, the country’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) said early on Sunday as fighting between rival commanders that has killed hundreds of civilians continued.
My first reaction: DS efforts to start WW3 in Ukraine are failing, so giving it another try in Sudan.
IDK if that’s a reasonable reaction. I’m not well-versed in world affairs. I tend to learn about international affairs after the fact.
