I've scanned all of these Michigan laws and cannot find an exception for schools, teachers are S.Board approved curriculum.
Tax-payers should report these violations to the local county sheriff (because the local police have a conflict of interest).
These are \felonies\ so they must investigate and gather evidence (explained in the Laws).
