I watched a YouTube video recently about the movement and reservations of these large yachts. The most important event of the summer is the Monaco Grand Prix. You have to reserve at least six months in advance IF you want a space in the harbor(not that this ship would fit). Once the ship is in place, then the owners fly into Nice on their private jets and helicopter out to their respective yachts.
The summer season is spent traveling around the Med and Adriatic.

Then these yachts are re positioned to the Caribbean after the hurricane season in November. Many of the smaller yachts may actually loaded on to lager transport ships to cross the Atlantic. It never explained where there were unloaded. Maybe Miami or San Juan.

Then St Barts becomes the place that most of the rich and famous have villas. Again, getting a place in St Barts becomes the place to be seen around the Christmas holidays.

Some time ago I ran through an interesting thought experiment, a hypothetical situation:

Before Moses, how many shepherds might have passed by the burning bush before any word of God came out of its midst. Perhaps no one, but just for fun:

Maybe one guy rubbed his eyes and said, "Boy I really need to lay off the sauce."

Or another: "Yeah, I need to get my eyes checked."

Or another: "Well that's impossible so I can't believe my lying eyes."

Or another: "I don't know how this thing works but who cares, I can make big bucks selling tickets."

You get the idea. The bush just kept burning.

Then at some point along comes Moses, who was raised in the palace of Pharaoh, with all the best educational opportunities the world could offer.

And his being a Jew with a mind and heart toward knowledge and wisdom, it's a safe bet he didn't spend his days skateboarding down the halls or playing video games.

Meaning that if anyone truly understood how the universe operated -- math, astronomy, laws of physics and all the rest -- it would have been Moses.

Now here comes Moses and sees something completely out of left field, nothing that his vast knowledge bank could explain. On that foundation, he could have decided immediately that it must have been fake, because if he couldn't make sense of it, well all riiighty, the science is settled -- he already knew everything already.

Yet that's not what happened, whether he had been the only shepherd to come along or the 100th...

There was the man for the job! No matter how much he knew, He knew that he didn't know everything already, and so he went in for a closer look-see.

It's like that. I've found in life that not only do many people not need to know much of anything [because they already know everything already, and/or are dedicated to whatever program tells them what they are supposed to know], they are unable or unwilling to discern between those who are determined to see what simply is, and those who see what they want to see.

Moses wanted to know what the real deal was. Others might have acted differently, or perhaps a conclusion-jumping consensus would have piled on, mocking him for his interest in weird dumb stuff that made no sense [to anyone else].

Eh, then when it all shows to be simple and obvious and plain as day (like that burning bush), watch everyone freak out. Go figure!

When it comes to the enviro activists’ jet set I would also like to see their hotels and restaurants figured in, those are not like the ones most of us have seen.

A 4-star hotel must have massive energy bills to run it, maintain it, and to get all those employee servants into work, also the 4 star eateries, figure it all in, the trucking from the farms, the waste, the fancy lighting and so on.

Compare their envioro cost per customer, to a Motel 6 and a Denny’s, or whatever.

Your focus on his security was my first thought as well, as it wouldn’t be safe to be on the open sea for even a full day due to hijacking or mother nature. I tend to think a second yacht is unnecessary unless it had a landing pad, but I’m not a seagoing expert.

I’m only speculating, but my guess is one of the yachts is for security, and the other is for non-security personnel. Perhaps part of his SHTF plan.
