Fine with me, as long as they sign an agreement that if the kid ever wants to reverse the process or has any medical issues, its on the clinic and the parents or their estate, NOT the insurance company, and NOT the taxpayer.

The UK, Sweden, and Finland have all put the brakes on this insanity. That should tell us something right there. They have realized that you can always get your junk chopped off, but the reverse procedure is much more problematic.
