Damn, I guess it is Kentucky bourbon from now on.
Do your homework before choosing a replacement. Jack Daniel’s is owned by a company that has several bourbon labels in its portfolio.
Once you go down the rabbit hole, you’ll find many of these brands are all owned by large multinationals, all with trannies and rainbow flags on their corporate webpages.
The least-offensive one I could find was Heaven Hill, the family-owned, Kentucky-based company that makes Evan Williams (among other brands). An “Environmental Sustainability” commitment but nothing more. No pledges for diversity and inclusion. No rainbow flags. No trannies.
I like Evan Williams 1783 whiskey. I’ll keep drinking it. Even their house brand is pretty good.
If you're gonna drink, at least drink something good. And no I dont suggest any good whiskeys.
I only keep it around to clear up sore throats and head colds. Usually Smokey Mountain caramel, It goes good with a hot cup of coffee.
George Dickel is another Tennessee sour mash whiskey.
