No, there is another avenue, and that is to quit spending money like drunken sailors. People paid into a system that they used like a piggy bank to be raided. Cut spending, and stop putting everything upon the backs of American citizens. We are not spending that money, but they are sure spending our money, and to top it off they have been fleecing us at every opportunity.
