That hideous creature should be up on sexual assault charges. The poor girl was utterly humiliated but she felt she had to put a good face on it, since everybody around her was hooting and cheering and the drag queen gave her a hug…just before she ran off with her hands over her face.
And it doesn’t matter whether the girl was a minor or not. It was sexual assault.

I agree. The clothing covering the genitals is off limits to everyone, regardless which body part came into contact with the clothing.
