I have waited up to 3 hours with this vet. They do walk-ins in between the appointments. But she’s the only place in town that has walkins. So if you have an emergency and can’t wait for the emergency vet to be open at night, there really isn’t too many options. Sometimes I will call other vets and plead my case and sometimes they will create an opening. Usually not though.
I’m glad you got another appointment in the works. Seems like around here covid messed everything up, now vets are more busy than ever. I’m not sure why.
My friend has a vet she has had for 20 years, she is closing up as she cannot get any one to work.
She pays $15. an hour.
Sad.
All her patients are so upset.
