Around these parts all wildlife partakes of the fields crops of hard corn, silage corn, wheat, alfalfa, field peas, millet, oats, barley, and anything else that looks and smells succulent. This includes deer, raccoons, possum, skunks, birds, turkeys, pheasant, bear, and so on. So it’s possible they could all die.

Bullets? bullets? You did a fine job of listing most of my daily targets. But there’s more: rockchucks, badgers , snakes, rats, sage rats, squirrels, and pretty mush anything that PO’s me at any particular moment. I keep my buzzards and barn owl busy.
No crops anywhere near here. Except for the "Town deer herd" the wildlife is truly wild. Plenty of hunting and fishing.
