I think Vivek is a stalking horse. For whom or what, I have not yet figured out. It will take months of “data” in the form of what he says and does and how Trump reacts to him before I can formulate a theory.
It could just be that he is Trump’s stalking horse insofar as he is working in concert with Trump.
