There was some talk a long time ago about whether the Feds must honestly answer the question, “Do you work for Federal Law Enforcement?”.
If they lie and say “No.”, that it can be argued to be entrapment.
I never followed thru on that convo.

If you ask someone that is stirring stuff up, and they say no, and they really are employed by the feds, then I think it should be entrapment.
