Yeah, but that opens up a can of worms. Untreated and undiagnosed schizophrenics/bipolars are still gonna slip through the cracks.

I had an FFL dealer that said he wouldn’t sell to anyone not born in the US. I guess that’s his prerogative. It eliminates some citizens from buying from him, though.
