This is a resacrifice of Him.

NO. That is a *lie*. Catholics believe the Mass is one and the same sacrifice of Calvary, which is eternally being offered to the Father, according to Hebrews, and so is outside of time and can be made again present.

That is why it is idolatry, making the wafer into a little god.

No, it isn't a "little god". It _is_ God. We take Jesus at his word when he said, "This is my body ... this is my blood."

And yet Thomas - the doubter - did not lick his fingers after having thrust them into Jesus side.

I have to assume you are talking about Hebrews 9:14, and that is not what that means. His sacrifice is eternal, but it is not eternally happening. Hebrews 10:12 states "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God". One sacrifice, done for all, done and over. The communion is a remembrance of that sacrifice, not a reenactment.

No, it isn't a "little god". It _is_ God.

If you are looking at that little wafer, made by human hands, as 'GOD', then you have made yourself an idol, which does nothing and can never do anything. Just like every single Old Testament prophet said about idols made of wood, silver and gold. You just made yours out of flour.
