When the bullets penetrate the body, they create a blast effect that blows up organs and pulverizes bones. A .223/5.56mm bullet is a 22 cal bullet travelling at supersonic velocities. Guess what a 30 cal bullet at the same velocities will do. What about a .375? .455 magnum?
