Just my guess, but that the plastic surgeons at the psych ward at Walter Reed worked wonders with Nancy Pelosi. They could do the same for FetterGoon. His Brazilian wife was a hot number 15 years ago. She needs the same attention from the Reed plastic surgeons. She is hideous these days. Her inner greedy personalty shows up on her greasy, melting face.
